Our troccoli, stuffed tortelli, spaghettoni, and other specialties are made with simple, authentic ingredients, then chilled and safely stored to maintain freshness, consistency, and flavor .

The symbol of our cuisine is the famous Tortello all'Astice : a signature dish from Gli Archi, where the pasta is made with pure lobster meat, the filling is a refined blend of lobster and shrimp , and the whole thing is wrapped in a shellfish sauce that evokes the sea.
