At Gli Archi, we don't serve simple dishes, but experiences that speak of Puglia , tradition, and authenticity . Every ingredient is carefully selected, every preparation is born from an artisanal gesture, every dish is designed to convey something good and authentic. We believe in the freshness of the raw ingredients , in handmade pasta , in the constant search for the right flavor, the one that makes you say: "I'll never forget it." Ours is a sincere place, where guests are welcomed warmly , where time stands still between a seafood appetizer and a homemade troccolo, between a toast and a smile. We were born here, a few meters from the sea in Villanova di Ostuni , and from here we continue to cook every day with passion, as if it were the first time.

The best place to eat excellent quality seafood. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the service is prompt. The location is beautiful and very well-kept. I went there for lunch with my family during the winter season, and it was a great experience! The staff was incredibly kind! We first ordered two portions of the house antipasto, which was very varied, with different tastings and quite generous portions! The seafood pasta to follow was truly delicious! The location is beautiful and well-kept, just steps from the sea. Highly recommended!

One aspect I particularly appreciated was the helpfulness of the staff: having a nickel allergy, the waiters immediately worked to find alternatives, offering suitable dishes without making me feel "out of place" or complicated.
